Overpriced and underwhelmed. I was unimpressed with the flowers and especially the customer service. There are so many better florists that charge half the price and provide double the quality.
AWFUL customer service. I tried to redeem an online deal with Twig, and found the process confusing. Eventually i placed an order, which was delivered on the wrong day. When I called to complain, I left a message and no one called me back. When I called again, the person who answered the phone ended up yelling at me and told me I was condescending and rude. Until then I was calm and polite. I simply said I was disappointed with the process and wanted to know why no one returned my call. He said they were too busy to deal with me. I would never recommend them.…
