terrible time. i just got back from Campus Tan and just had to write a review about it. This is the first time I went to Campus Tan this school year and I was so upset. At first, the girl refused to take no for an answer when I told her that I didn't want to buy a package. I had to get quite stern for her to stop. Then she could not answer any questions I had about recommended tanning time and bed. After that, she tried to talked me down to from 12 minutes of tanning to 10 minutes, and I have to say i agreed just because I wanted to appease her. When paying for my bed, I asked for a stand up. When I got to my room, I found that I did not have a stand up bed (and this was not because it was busy or anything like that, I think it's safe to say that I was one of the only people there). I decided to let this go because i didn't wany to deal with the girl anymore. After this, I started putting lotion on and not even a minute after I started, the bed turned on. I missed THREE minutes out of TEN! What the hell did I pay for? I was already getting less time than I wanted and I was placed in a bed that I did not want...and now I missed a third of it?! I would have complained at the time but I had so much work to catch up on that I didn't have the time...and I didn't want to deal with that girl anymore. But I am, without a doubt, calling tomorrow to speak to a manager about their employees (although their manager will probably be just as unknowledgeable and aloof).
