Terrific Car Repair. Backing out of my garage and not realizing the door was not all the way up, I violently ripped off the antenna from the roof of my Mazda CX-7. The force not only ripped off the antenna but also caused a dent in the roof and deep scratches in the paint. I had just bought it (<1300 miles!) and the the paint was a special metallic color (black cherry) which I was worried about being able to match. The dealer didn't do repair work, and I knew the Audy's through their gas station in Brighton, and had heard good things about their repair business. I couldn't be happier with the result of the work they did...I would defy anyone to find any evidence that work had been done on the car. No evidence of a dent, or deep scratches, and the paint was matched perfectly. They also replaced the antenna and repaired its connection so I have perfect reception. The cost was much less than I expected as well. Everyone there was courteous and helpful and they delivered the car freshly washed and cleaned...inside and out. I am generally skeptical of claims made when I am considering someone to provide services but Billy Audy and his crew lived up to his claim, at least in my experience, that A-Z was the best in Boston.…

Worst Auto Detailing Ever. I recently used a Groupon certificate for car detailing by A-Z Auto Center in Brighton. The result was terrible—little better than a simple wash and wax with interior shampoo. The wheels had dirt still packed in the crevices and dirty film on all areas except the outer surface. The interiors and exteriors of the windshield and rear window were streaky. The wax finish had swirl marks in it, and the paint finish had many small scratches that were not taken care of. The roof still had tree sap stains on it. Although the door jambs and sills were cleaned, the seals on the trunk lid and hood had not been cleaned of debris and dirt. The headlights were filmy and finely scratched. The floor mats were still wet and stashed in the trunk along with some maps that had been soaked. And the radio was tuned to a station different than the one it is usually on, and volume was very loud. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the A-Z Auto Center for anything, and certainly not for auto detailing.…
