Reliable Locksmith Company. New England Locks Inc. were competitive in pricing, very flexible in timing and did a very good job. I highly recommend them.
Great Service. I have a business that got broken into and needed to install CCTV's and get a real security consultation. Thats just what the technician at this company did. He was really detailed and very trained in his line of work. He pointed out security faults I wouldn't have thought of and we found a solution for them. I feel better leaving my shop at night. Thanks Dav!
Great Company. I was locked out of my home and after calling new england locks the technician was really there in 20 minutes. He got me back in and changed my deadbolt. It was so care-free!
High Security Locks. We used New England Locks to replace all our locks with high security ones. My husband got 3 estimates for Medeco locks and we had to choose between 2 companies since one of the estimates was much higher, we decided to go with New England Locks since we really liked their customer service and the fact that they were able to work around our schedule. We are happy with the results and I can definitely say that we had a good experience.
Great customer service. They did a great job, came out on time and install new locks in our house, they even aligned one of our doors with no charge. I?m happy with the experience and the result.
Excellent service. I was very happy with the service, as I asked they called me 15 minutes before arrival so I can meet them in my apartment, I work in the downtown and I live close by and it was very convenient for me to have this notice of 15 minutes. The technician was fast and punctual he changed 2 locks and gave me few copies of the new key with no extra charge. I will definitely use this company again!
Life Savers. All I have to say is thank you. I`m a college student and last wednesday was a long day. First of all I had to be up at seven and after two four hour back to back classes of The History of Physical Theatre and English 201 (Film) I was worn out. So I took a nap not even considering that I have plans with Alice, Rob, and Alena at 8. Rob thankfully came by and woke me up when I didn`t answer his calls which was awesome except for the fact that he rushed me so much I forgot my keys. What sucked really wasn`t that I didn`t look my greatest but rather that when it came time to come home and I wasn`t alone, it wasn`t helpful that I didn`t have my keys. So when I called New England Locks (away from Alice) I told them my situation and they said they`d be an hour to two. It didn`t take two hours though, and its a good thing Alice isn`t a (insert inapropriate word that is a glitch) otherwise she would have left. That whole glitch thing is stupid by the way. Lets just say the wait went by quicker than expected. Thanks again guys.
Best Service EVER!. My husband and I just moved to Boston and the genious I am, I locked myself out of the home. Not knowing who to call or trust, I went with my gut instinct .... The technicians were extrememly helpful and kind in unlocking my door!! I could not have asked for such better service!! They arrived at my house in a short period of time, were very professional, and I would definately call them again!! Hopefully I dont lock myself out again, but now I know they are reliable, I trust calling them again for service!! Thank you!!
Terrible customer service--do not recommend!. We set up an appointment with this company to have the locks changed on a home. We arrived at the agreed upon time and no one ever showed up. When we called we were told there was an emergency situation and all technicians had to attend. We told them that if they couldn't make our scheduled appointment (schedule a week or more ahead of time) then it would have been appropriate and professional to call us. They said they would give us a discount on the services and would meet us later in the afternoon to change the locks on that same day. At the second agreed upon meeting time, no one showed up. Again we call and this time they said no technician was available; claiming the only tech in the area had his/her own emergency. They were not apologetic or helpful in coming up with a solution to missing a second appointment WITHOUT contacting us to let us know. We work with many many vendors in the city and this was by far one of the worst vendors we have worked with in terms of service. Instead of re-scheduling a third time we decided to find a different company to change our locks.
They arrived late, told my dog to. A gentleman (I use the word loosely) showed up from the company over an hour late. He never appologized and seemed quite erked that I wanted to know exactly what he was going to do. He said "put in a lock, what did you think"? I asked im to be careful of the floors since his rusty steel toolbox was directly on my recently refinished floor. He said that he needed to get done fast and to have the payment ready, or pay in advance of the completion of work. He was sweaty, nasty and used foul language. He charged me $250 to put in a lock called Kwickset. It was on sale in Home Depot for $20. I asked if he offered a senior citizen discount and he said "for what, being old"? He didn't clean up his mess and scratched my hardwood floor. Later that day my friend came over and said that the lock was installed upside down. I don't understand why these people who run this company don't care but when I called them a surly young man said that there was no reason to discuss the treatment and make a comment that the lock would last the rest of my life then he proceeded to laugh. I may be elderly but I'm not ignorant. Hire anyone else.
