Friendly and Professional. I first went to Bellagio based on some of the reviews on this site. Previously I had been driving a long distance to see someone I had been with for over 6 years. I am glad I found a salon so close to where I live and one that I am happy to stay with for years to come. My first experience there wasn't my favorite but my second time back I was with Christina who did an amazing job! She was friendly and professional and has a wonderful energy and talent. My best friend and boyfriend also see her now and are very happy as well. I also got the best wash ever on my most recent trip to the salon. Personally, that counts for a lot because it's my favorite part other than the final result. I only hope that Christina plans on staying at Bellagio for a while!

Amazing salon!!. I too was appauled at the posting from a disgruntled employee. I have been a client of Pat's for over 2 years referred by a friend of mine who has been a client for over 6 years. The atmosphere is inviting and warm, the employees are very friendly, and extremely talented. Bellagio is a wonderful spa, Best of Brighton 2007 and deserves Best of Brighton 2008!

Best salon for hair and waxing. I have been a very loyal client to this salon and the owner, Pat for years. I hate to see such a disturbing and false review about my favorite place to relax! Pat is an extremely sweet person and the best hairdresser I've had EVER. Colleen has been with her for a very long time and does an incredible job waxing, I would never go anywhere else. The entire staff at the moment is very friendly and I have never heard them be rude to even the most picky customers. It's too bad that someone wrote a review that is untrue and highly negative. Salons always have a turn around with employees and its unfair to hear one person's disgruntled complaint. Maybe the hairdresser mentioned didn't work out and it has nothing to do with the business owner, Pat's responsible for keeping HER clients HAPPY, which we are. Go to Bellagio and see for yourself!!! These women all know their stuff when it comes to running a salon.

Bellagio Salon - RUDE and UNPLEASENT. When I called the salon I was shocked at how rude and unpleasant the receptionist was. I asked for an appointment with Sandra and she replyed. " Saundar no longer works here" in a very rude manner ! " but I can schedule you with Pat on Wednesday afternoon" I explained nicley that I would only like Sandra to cut my hair. I also asked if they could give me Sandra's contact number because Sandra has been cutting my hair for over 3 years. The reseptionist said that I can't give out her contact information and then hung up on me!!! I only went to Bellagio to see Sandra and not for the salon. I would also like to add that almost all of the time I have gone into the Bellagio Salon there is always new people working other then the owner Pat and Sandra. In my opnion, It seems as the Salon's managmnet can't keep good people or the workers must not like somthing about the salon. I would not recomend this Salon as they are very RUDE and UNPLEASENT.

Undoubtedly The Best Hair Salon in the Boston Metro Area. I have tried hair salons from Newbury Street to mom and pop shops, but none come close to the quality and technique used by Pat and her staff at Bellagio Hair & Skin Inc. in Brighton. I had heard about the salon from a few folks but I was truly impressed with their range of products and services. Their interior design setup looked like any other Newbury street salon, except located in Brighton. In my experience I was welcomed by their friendly and professional staff and though I was quite early for my appointment I am happy to report that I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes.

There are a lot of salons out there that try to incorporate massage into their hair wash process but none of my experiences could have compared to the one I had here. Stephanie washed my hair and I nearly fell asleep. Not only is she apparently an amazing masseuse, but she also gave me some advice on hair products that would work well for my hair type. Talk about service; you can tell when a salon is dedicated to their customers when staff at different levels are consistently catering to your hair, what you want, and what best works for you.

After my wash Pat worked on my new haircut and I never knew my hair could look as good as she was able to make it. It felt like I was on some sort of a make-over show; I am really smitten by my new look. She spent a fair amount of time looking over my hair, making sure she didn't miss anything. You can tell she's a perfectionist and that she really cares about the final product and about making you happy. This is a place I most certainly recommend! Love my haircut!. I went to Bellagio on a recommendation from a friend to have my hair cut by Edward. Everyone was very friendly. Edward gave me some advice, but listened to what I wanted and gave me one of the best blowouts I've ever had! It's been two months and I still don't have split ends. I'll definitely return.
