Poor Customer Service. I've been going to the Natick location since 2009 for Laser Hair Removal treatments. I have no problem with the technicians. They were all friendly and knew what they were doing. The sales consultants were a bit pushy. My issue with Sleek comes from them selling me additional packages once my original was up. This was back in the end of October 2011. When it was time for my appointment in December I got an automated message on my voicemail to reschedule. When I called the Natick location, the location was shut down. I received no notification that they were closed or would be closing. I would have never spent an additional $1978 knowing this location was closing. Now the closest locations are over 50 miles from me and that is too far to be consistently traveling to. I've called the corporate number (561-988-4098) and every time it goes to voicemail. They never returned any of my calls. One of the other locations gave me an email from someone in corporate (garreola@sleekmedspacom) Again no response. I never received any of the treatments and feel I deserve a refund. The other locations say they can't do anything and to contact corporate. How am I supposed to contact corporate if no one ever contacts me back! This is the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. If you are looking to have laser hair removal done, I would suggest going elsewhere. There are many locally owned companies now with better prices and service.
Awful. I was not pleased with this place at all. I signed up for the Lifetime plan where you pay for so many treatments and then the rest are basically free for life. According to the contract you have to make an appointment every 10 weeks and not more. I now see why because in my opinion and experience the laser only slows the hair growth, instead of getting rid of it permanently. I go to school 5 hours away and was unable to make an appointment within the 10 weeks because i could not come home. When I asked the receptionist if this would be okay she said yes. This was last august. Last week when I was there they told me I did not qualify for the lifetime package anymore because I breached contract back in august and "corporate is becoming more strict". Don't get me wrong I understand I violated contract but what was i supposed to do, leave school and miss out on my education just for a laser hair removal appointment? I do not think this is fair and since when can "corporate" decide when and when not to be strict. It's not my fault they are losing money.

To Sleek: thank you my results from my chemical peels are fantastic! My skin so looking youthful and feeling smooth. When I walk in I am always greeted with a friendly smile from the girls who sit at the front desk! During my treatments the girls are so nice and thorough. Each time I leave Sleek my skin is smoother and brighter.
I've recommended Sleek to all my friends. I am appalled at all the negativity that other people have written because I have never experienced that.

Love the place!. First let me just say that I have gone to a few different med spas over the past couple years but I was so glad I walked in to Sleek when I was shopping in the Natick Mall. I had seen their commercials on TV and was interested in their liposuction. I was pleased to be able to sit with someone who was able to explain the procedure to me and answer my questions. I have wanted to have liposuction done on my stomach for a while, it has bothered me for years. After speaking with this woman, I felt so comfortable and so reassured that I was in good hands. I decided to go forward with the procedure and finally take care of this issue that has been bothering me for a long time. I had such a fantastic experience from the minute I stepped foot in Sleek...I honestly must say I would highly recommend this place if you are considering liposuction or anything else they offer. Everyone was professional and treated me so great. I had my procedure done in Boston at the Newbury Street location and it went aweome! I love my results!!! So happy I did this for myself! I haven't been this happy in a long time! Thank you so much Sleek!!!
Can't Wait To Go Back!. I recently went to Sleek in the Natick Mall to decide on what I wanted to do with my gift card my mom had given me for my birthday. I was so pleased when I arrived and excited to learn more about the services. I sat with a treatment consultant who went over the services I was interested in and told me what she felt would be best for me. I was so impressed with my experience. Not only did I purchase a photo facial package but I also bought skin care products which I absolutely love! The staff was able to get me in for an appointment that week and I can't wait to go back for my next treatment! I will recommend this place to my friends & family.
Fantastic Service. In 2005, I had underarm and bikini hair removal treatments. I was extremely pleased with the results, so after saving for a while I finally was able to fully finish making my dream come true, and am currently doing my full leg hair removal. I’ll be hair free!! Sleek staff have always been pleasant, and I am happy to have chosen Sleek Med Spa.
Great spa!. Got my juvederm and botox last week. OMG I love the results. Coming to put more botox for free in one week!!!

As a client over the course of the past year, I have had a number of procedues performed here. The line of procedures, and the excellent staff, is what sets it apart from the competition. They truly work with you and the results that you wish to acheive. The Medical Doctors are world class.

This place is terrible. This place is terrible from the moment you walk in the door. The don't tell you this when the sign you up and take your credit card, they promise you the world, first class service and treatment, you get neither. You get bad service, staff that is always too busy to help you, to book your appointments, to change an appointment or to even answer the phone. The equipment is terrible because of overuse, it dies mid-procedure. The are running on 200% capacity so neither the staff not the equipment can't keep up and the customer ends up suffering. This place needs a managerial lesson really bad. Save your money and go somewhere where they will care about you and they will listen when you encounter a problem and will actually try and resolve and not act like you are the problem. Stay away!
