“best store in boston”
Sorta Good, If You're a Follower..
Not sure if a Rich kid started this for a tax write-off of what but the hrs are pretty flaky. While I don't mind the exclusivity, I seriously dislike the Buyer for this store.
To the kids who line up for this place.... live the life, don't think spending $200 a pair is Hip Hop, bc it's not. That's my main quarrel. Bodega isn't ill enough to act the way they do. The merch is typical of wanna-be NY boutiques (5 years late) and the shoes are inspired by the brightest of homosexuals. Don't believe me, go check New Arrivals on the site.
Best Bodega in Boston.. If you have to ask what makes the Bodega great, you'll never know. Go there and have a look for yourself.
Hidden Treasure. This place is awesome. Overpriced, but awesome. The selection is pretty good, although they could expand or turnover a little bit. But the entire concept just amazes me. It's what keeps me coming back. It's a shame there are pictures and stories about it on the internet. I wish it would be kept a secret. I saw an episode of "My Super Sweet Sixteen" or whatever it's called on MTV where the girl went there to get something for her party. She said it was a "Store that nobody in Boston knows about". Well, that's a lie. When they had a 75% off sale a couple weeks ago the line was down the street. I love this store though and will keep coming back. Salespeople are very helpful and it's one of the only places around that sells these kinds of clothes.
love this bodega. Bodega is fantastic. I recently moved to Boston so I heard about this from a friend and decided to check it out for myself. Bodega is great, especially for those of us who are into vintage clothing. The vintage inventory they carry is unique. The sales clerk was really helpful. She was very friendly and let me browse as I wished, without being harassed. This is a great store for the city of Boston. Coming from NYC, where these stores are everywhere, it was nice to see a little bit of home.
Editorial Review. Seemingly a dusty mini-mart, dig deeper for this incognito Back Bay sneaker boutique with limited-edition urban accessories. Hint: Drink Snapple.
best store in boston. After hearing about the Bodega from a friend who lives in Boston, I honestly couldn't believe it. After a little bit of searching with a friend, we found it. We walk in and keep walking towards the soda machine and it slides left to open the boutique section of the store, about 3 times as big as the corner store. The owners are nice, and the set up is awesome. Obviously it's expensive, but it's still great to go and look around. Once I got home I googled 'bodega boston' and found a couple great articles about the place and I'm really interested to see where it goes in the next couple of years.
