HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. First off, their management and people who you speak with on the phone are very rude and don't speak properly at all. They argue with you even though you pay top dollar for their services. Secondly, the results are minimal at best. I was a "top candidate" with lighter skin and very dark hair and paid a lot of money for very little results. Its really unfortunate that they don't care at all about their clients, just the money. The girls are nice enough, but overall I would say to spend your money at the many other state of the art salons that offer this........otherwise you will not be happy with results or way you are treated, not to mention spending upwards of 1,000 for basically NOTHING!

DO NOT USE LASER PERFECT. Ladies, let me start by saying that overall I HIGHLY recommend getting laser hair removal HOWEVER, DO NOT USE Laser Perfect. Just as cpm354 says my experience was at their shady Beacon street location. They bring you into a room that is rented in an old brookline office building. Do not be fooled this is not an entire office building dedicated to Laser Perfect...just an old room.

At first I was pleased with the results but less than a year later I noticed that some of it was growing back. I called to explain how I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with having paid $700 dollars ( 5 treatments) for something that was not permanent as I was told it would be. Customer service tried to tell me that it was because of a change in hormones! COMPLETE AND UTTER BS! It has been a year and I am in my mid 20's, I'm fairly confident that my hormones have not changed that much in a year.

DO NOT USE THIS SKEEVY BUISNESS!!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs. I've been to Laser Perfect in 2008-2009, when they were located around North Station in Boston, and later, when they moved to their Beacon Street location. Why write a review now? Well, the experience was so unbelievably bad that I'm appalled to see that this business still exits. I'm writing to warn you away from this place.

LP has many branches throughout the US. While they make you believe that they operate out of a pristine location with doctors and highly trained people on staff, what they actually do is rent a small space in an office building and hire a couple of part-time medical techs.

Safety and sanitation: none. The technicians, while generally nice people, are untrained (one was actually flipping through a manual while she revved up the machine). I never saw the same one twice.

Another reviewer mentioned loving the place so much that she scheduled a consultation with a doctor for another procedure -- what doctor? There's only one room, one technician on staff; there's not even a receptionist. Their "free consultation" is a high-pressure conversation with a sales rep over the phone. I should have gotten the hint then to back out, but I was so naive!

There was zero evidence that they sanitized any of their equipment -- in their tiny one-room office, there were no disinfectants, no autoclave machines. In fact, all the technician did to clean the equipment between a previous customer and me was wipe the laser wand thing with an antibacterial gel. I was only getting my arms done, but a wand that's been up someone else's business needs more than a quick antibacterial spritz. Laser Perfect had offered a packaged deal, so I had more visits left, but I never went back. Not that it mattered -- I didn't see any hair loss from my four visits, so I was more than happy to get the heck out of there forever.

I won't go into the skeevy business practices of Laser Perfect. There are plenty of other complaints on the web. Hopefully you'll heed the warnings and avoid this place at all costs.

Best Place to get Laser Hair removal and Lipo. I can't believe what other people are saying about this place . I, for a fact know it's not true. I was very skeptical the first time I went to their location , for such low prices I did not know what to expect; but the nurse was great and I'm very please with my results . I got so involved that I scheduled a consultation with their doctor for a Smart Lipo procedure,I was greeted by a very nice doctor and was schedule for my lipo surgery two weeks after and I’m very please with the results. I would definitely recommend this place to any one.

Cleverly Concealed Scam. Hey, just a heads up to anyone trying to do their internet research on this company. First of all, it DOES exist, and it IS cheap. A friend of mine used the Boston location last year and got decent results for a great price.

However, there have been many cases of dissapointed customers- google "Laser perfect scam" for the run down.

Also, look at the distribution of reviews- the pile-up of 5 stars is propesterous, Seriously, read them all... "I've heard bad things about their cometitors, but this is great!" Oh, Laser Perfect. How dumb do you think we are? Just be upfront: You're the shabby discount version of hair removal.

laser Perfect centers. I urge you not to use LAser Perfect center. I used one in Washington DC, located on M street. They are nonprofessionals. They charged me twice. On the phone they tell you one price and when you are done, the price is different. The girl who performed laser treatment tried to get rid of me faster. I have not enjoyed my laser treatment there at all. But I am talking about Washington DC branch on 2311 M Street

DO they work for the company ?. i wondering if JC12, Rousse and Heidi work for the company , because they wrote review in other states too, i have an appoitment with this clinic very soon , i was researching to see what should i spect , i will be back and write a review on my experience.

i dont know why they are moving so many times but they are in 665 beacon st in bookline 02215. i hopw the service is good because the price is.

Lipo Experts. I had Lipodissolve with Laser Perfect on my belly and love the way it looks; my jeans fit better and i feel better; it's probably good for me too, since fat is bad for your health

It wasn't a surgery, just a few shots...I know everyone hates the thought of that, but it's really pretty easy and definitely worth it

Clean Center, Good Value, Nice Nurse. I had a good experience with this company when I did laser hair removal last summer; the results are still around and I just started a new area; couldnt' be happier
