“The prices are pretty good, but they charge a little too much for guacamole and sour cream in my opinion, given the amount they put in your burrito.”

“As far as the food goes they give you more food than any other place I've been to, and the food is just as tasty as Anna's and better in some areas (they also have more of a selection).”
“Staff is friendly and service is fast.”
“Finally Brighton Center gets a place that makes Mexican food at a good price.”
Fast Service, Large Portions, Good Food For Cheap, No Mininium For Credit Cards. I've been on the hunt for the best burrito in the Brighton/Allston area of Boston since I moved to the area. I would have to say that Boca is my choice right now, and I've tried Anna's and other local taquerias. As far as the food goes they give you more food than any other place I've been to, and the food is just as tasty as Anna's and better in some areas (they also have more of a selection). To make more good comments short, Boca Grande is a good safe bet for a burrito.
Brighton Center needed a place like this for a long time. Finally Brighton Center gets a place that makes Mexican food at a good price. The place is spacious with plenty of seating, but it hardly matters anyway since most people get their order to go. And don't let the lines discourage you, since they move pretty fast. The menu has standard Mexican fare and rivals similar eateries like Anna's. The prices are pretty good, but they charge a little too much for guacamole and sour cream in my opinion, given the amount they put in your burrito. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but it is a very good and refreshing alternative to all the pizza places around Brighton Center.
good eats cheap!.
Big menu! I especially love that they offer tofu instead of meat in their burritos and they make it delicious!
There are always plenty of places to sit and it's bright and colorful. Staff is friendly and service is fast.
Popular local chain specializes in fresh, affordable Mexican food..
The Scene
Hundreds of area office workers and residents cll this bright, happy restaurant their second home. During the lunch and dinner hours, tables can be hard to come by, so many patrons take their tacos and quesadillas to go. Speedy counter service ensures that diners get what they want--and fast.
The Food
The kitchen's "time-honored recipes" yield authentic, smoky tamales and hefty burritos filled with tender marinated chicken and steak. Every item on the menu is made daily using fresh ingredients, making Boca Grande a huge step above Taco Bell. An order of enchiladas--fresh corn tortillas filled with cheese and a choice of grilled chicken, pork, steak or vegetables plus refried beans and rice--is truly a meal in itself. Best of all, everything on the menu costs less than $4, including a huge basket of crunchy tortilla chips with freshly mashed guacamole.
