Fresh sushi, great value and friendly staffs. I live about an hour away from Mai Place but don't mind driving here when I am in the mood for some fresh sashimi and maki rolls. You get great value for your money here. I usually get the chef's sashimi plate and the selection the sushi chef gives you are great. Not cheap fake crab pieces but instead tuna, yellowtail, salmon etc. I have tried the chinese food from here once but would not recommend it however for sushi, it is great. They also have great maki rolls as well.
