Roslindale Yog. A wonderful, peaceful place to learn and practice yoga. Whether a beginner or advanced, there is definitely a class for you -- I am a regular at power yoga but also enjoy some of the gentler classes such as Kundalini.

The schedule is varied and there are different classes throughout the day --enough to satisfy anyone. The web site is a very good resource to learn more about the instructors and the classes.

Best Yoga Studio in town. Like I said the Roslindale Yoga Studio is the best in the area. The owner and the instructors are as helpful and as experience in every aspect of yoga. The reiki experience leave me in such a relaxed state everytime. The studio is clean, and comfortable. with blankets, eye pillows, and free mats. The owner is the most hospitable person.

I highly recommend Roslindale Yoga to EVERYONE. Wow! What a great space. Such a friendly atmosphere with great energy.

I had an amazing yoga class recently with the new owner and left in full relaxation. She did reiki on all of us at the end of class. I've never been to a studio that offers that in svasana.

The studio offers so many yoga styles you can't go wrong. I highly recommend giving this studio a try.

best in roslindale. Beware. The website has caused my computer a virus and froze my hard drive. User beware. The instructors are very friendly and the hours are very convient. The have different classes for different people especially beginners. They also have classes for infants and kids. The only problem is the website. It has caused my computer some severe damage. I would contact the studio by phone.

Beginning Yoga. As a beginning Yogi, roslindale Yoga is great. The hours are flexible and it is not the hot yoga as Yoga for You ( and other yoga spots in the area ). Although parking it can be a problem ( it is past Rosindale Square going towards English high ) durning rush hours of traffic. Again great for beginners.

Warning: The website has been a problem. I would recommend people to call because many people have reported virus's to their computers because of some wacky glitch on the website. Call for hours.

exceptional instructors, welcoming atmosphere. best kept secret in the city! this studio is totally worth the visit to roslindale. I felt completely comfortable learning yoga in this environment. good yoga music
