“yummy bakery in Chinatown district”
“They had a good variety of beve.”
“highly recommend going here and the people are friendly.”
why?.
food, mediocre (what do you expect from a place like this?); service, tolerable; management, horrible.
one time we went to get breakfast (it was 7 or 8 am), trying to order from their list of some 10 mix-and-match items. they were out of (or didn't have) at least 3, and one of the tea options is not being offered anymore, but nobody bothered to scratch these items off the one-page "menus" that are posted everywhere. why create unnecessary stress for both your staff and patrons? doesn't take much to start off one's day with the wrong foot.
:)
