new way to health

by MarsT at Citysearch

I have been coming here for one year. I used to just always exercise really hard with weights and running, etc. Through the Dahn classes I have really been able to understand what my body needs and not just what I think it needs. I feel more aware of myself and how to take care of my body. The exercises themselves are very easy but it is the combination of movement, breathing and focus that really helps me to quiet my mind and feel rejuvenated after a hard day in the city!

  • Pros: staff is very knowledgeable, an oasis in the city!
  • Cons: parking can be difficult as the center is in downtown boston

Go find out...

This place is friendly, relaxt, down to earth with a very inspirational touch. The programme is diverse and intense. The healing sessions are exiting, if you dare to open up, revealing it is to look at yourself again. Go find out...

best healing and energizing place in town

by jeannelafferty at Citysearch

I'm 64 and at last I found a yoga studio that's not too hard and not too easy. I dread exercise of all sorts but i know it's good for me. Dahn Yoga helped me with my joints, general flexibility and balance. Best of all --somehow when I leave my session I feel so good all the rest of the day. The people at Dahn are warm and friendly. They care about how you are doing and follow your progress and help you work on problem areas. It's more of a healing experience than an exercise workout, although you do get your whole body going. there are many classes each week and you can attend any or all, which makes it very convenient. Some of the classes are beginner oriented, some focus on the intestines, some have a Dahn Mudo component (Korean tai chi) and all have meditation. The Friday classes are called Vibration and you get to dance freestyle. I feel lucky that I discovered Dahn Yoga.
