Training like in college

I played hockey in college and when I workout at CATZ I feel like I did back then. It's not a normal gym with treadmills & bikes. Every CATZ class has a coach and you go through everything- plyometrics, strength training, agility, conditioning. It's awesome. And, there's no membership.
