My sister and I walked into Brix and there was an immediate sense of annoyance at our presence. There were two customer service associates and no other customers, but there was no acknowledgment that we had walked in. They were both sipping wine, which I thought was decidedly unprofessional especially considering that when I had interest in an $80 selection, there was no move to actually answer any questions or provide assistance. My sister and I both bought a bottle, and we actually had to wait in line while they talked about their weekend plans. Overpriced and based on the customer service, definitely not worth a visit!
