HORRIBLE SERVICE IKEA STOUGHTON, MA. The staff was very unwilling to help and when they finally did they gave us the wrong information which caused us to return our item - they would not let us return our purchase because the box was wet -slight rain while loading it under the tarp. Manger and all support staff were very rude upon our arrival. The customer service complain human over the phone read from a script. "Sorry, but too bad" Do not waste your time or money.
