Bonnie's Facials and Waxing

My 1st and last experience at Bonnieâ??s.. When I arrived, there was no sign that she was with another client, I knocked and no one answered. So I called and she answered, but she made it obvious that she was annoyed and told me to look at the sign. When she finally opened the door, and noticed that there was no sign to indicate she was with a customer, she didn’t even acknowledge the miscommunication or apologize. All she said was, “lets hurry up! I want to go home”!

Normally, when I make an appointment to wax my bikini area, at Tranquility Spa it normally takes 30-45 mins and the results always comes out clean with minimal cleaning to do afterwards. They also treat their customers with respect and understand that waxing can hurt. However, when I asked her to slow down or warn me, she responded by saying, “now where’s the excitement in that”? After everything was said and done, 10 min had past and everything was a mess; there was so much shaving I had to do just to clean up the rest of the work. I would NEVER recommend Bonnie’s to anyone and I don’t understand how she can remain in business with the way she treats her clients.

She does not even deserve 1 star, but it review requires that one is at least selected...…

Awesome!. I originally found out about Bonnie though an Amazon Local deal, but I will never go anywhere else! Bonnie has a great sense of humor, makes you feel comfortable and the process is as quick and painless as possible!…

great for waxing!. Bonnie provides great waxing services! I've been about three times and I have left happy every time. She is very careful and she keeps you very distracted so that waxing pains are minimized. I love going and wish I could go now, but I'm currently out of the country. I will surely be visiting once I get back.

She has great bedside manners, very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. Even though she is so busy, I have never had any problems with making appointments. I also love how quickly it's over, very quick and efficient!…
