This was my first visit @ Poshe Salon. I usually get pedicures 2-3 times a year. It was a walk-in the middle of the day (Thursday) and they gladly took me in, but i think they prefer you make a appointment because they can get busy. I had Jennifer and it was the BEST pedicure I received since living in Hillsboro for 21 years! I had a french tip and flower design. The amazing thing is I have gone to high end salon like Aveda-Gigi in Washington Square and never received the talented skills of painting a flower on your toes. Jennifer and others are very artistic! The technician @ Gigi could NOT design a flower by hand but instead used rhinestones to design a pattern of a flower. The atmosphere was very comfortable and it is like talking to old friends (technicians). Mahalo and I'll be back with my daughter.

I have frequently rec'd pedicures at Poshe with little issues in the past. This Saturday however it seems to me the customer service is in a decline with little regard. On Saturday I scheduled a pedicure and haircut appt, my husband went in with me and he also was able to get a haircut appt. As I got my pedi he was getting his hair cut, during the HC the stylist dropped the clippers on the floor, picked them back up and continuted to shave his neck. Unfortunately the clippers had broken during the fall and she proceeded to cut up the back of my husbands neck, he stopped her immediately but it was pretty tore up. She replaced the guard, finished the haircut and my husband paid for all of services and no discount was given for the neck incident. I waited for my haircut and after it was done left the salon to go next door and wait for my husband. Within minutes someone from Poshe ran over and accused me of leaving and not paying (again, my husband had paid all services prior). I went back over there and she found the reciept and aplogized, however said that my haircut was more than the standard due to length and proceeded to charge me an additional $4.50. I was amazed after cutting my husbands neck, accusing me of stealing and a 20% tip for all services they would really charge me another $4.50. It was outrageous and very poor judgement if you ask me. I won't be going back and I've been there for more than 2 years. I think that all the rave reviews are starting to go to their heads- time to get back to reality.
Pros: My pedicure was good as usual
Cons: The customer service is in decline.
