A BAD EXPERIENCE TURNED GOOD!!!. I HAD A SITUATION AT THE BOSTON STORE. I CALLED THE MANAGER AND HE MADE THE BAD SITUATION A GOOD SITUATION AT A STORE IN NEW YORK. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY OUTCOME AND MUCH THANKS TO THE NYC HEADQUARTER FOR THE WAY THEY LISTENED AND HANDLED THE SITUATION.
