In Short – CK Sau, former Chef/owner of the popular Chinatown eatery New Shanghai, thrills MetroWest couples by offering his authentic Chinese cuisine in quiet Wellesley Hills. The attractive, sunny dining room provides locals with a comfortable dinner spot, and the restaurant does a strong take-out business. A lengthy menu includes dozens of familiar favorites and house specialties like walnut shrimp, tangerine crispy beef and sweet-and-sour whole fish with pine nuts.

If you get service, you're really lucky. Sure this place is filled, but service was miserable. Our order wasnt taken until half an hour into our meal. Seemed like they forgot us. The food is below average IMO. I believe this restaurant is just overlyhyped. People see a famous chef and they flock. I recommend you go to this restaurant if you like being ignored.
- Pros: Pretty decent atmosphere, bar
- Cons: Service, Food (too much grease) overall experience
Not your typical Chinese restaurant

This restaurant is constantly packed on weekdays and weekends. I had to wait 25 minutes just to get a seat, but now I know why. The food is spectacular...plain and simple. I had the "popular" sea scallops in black pepper sauce, and the pea pod stems sauteed with garlic. These dishes had an abundance of flavor unlike any other Chinese restaurants around the area. I'd definitely go back to try new things.
- Pros: great food, fast service, great price
- Cons: crowded, noisy

Food was authentic and flavorful and prices were reasonable, but I was a bit disappointed with the service. The kitchen messed up one of our dishes giving us beef instead of duck, the waiter forgot our soup, and it was at the end of our meal before we could get our tea cups refilled: Staff was not very attentive. If you can overlook service, then I would recommend going there for the food. I think it is also a plus that you do not have to deal with searching for parking like you do in Boston for a tasty authentic meal.
- Pros: Good Food, Fair Prices, Parking
- Cons: Service
