WORST EXPERIENCE!!! This faciltiy is a sham! BEWARE!!!!. That one star is being VERY generous and only there becuase a rating is required. I had a HORRIBLE - borderline traumatic experience last night with this facility. I notified the company at the Laser Spa in Newton Centre Ma. that I was just around the corner, 2 hours from home, in a blizzard and needed assistance locating the facility. Karen (at Laser Spa) told me she was with a customer and could not assist, but would be available after and there was no one else to help me, but she had my cell phone number to contact me back. She then promptly shut off her phone and left for the night. I called about 30 times in utter disbelief that, knowing I needed help and only a few minutes away- she completely disregarded my safety and left me stranded with no other options than drive home after an hour of trying to locate the facility (stopping to ask for directions and even had police assistance and STILL could not locate the place). I left my house at 3pm and did not arrive home until 10pm. This also included me stranded in a ditch in my vehicle for an hour due to blizzard conditions. I lost 80 dollars in gas and a half day's pay at work because of this (not to mention acquiring a few grey hairs). I was in hysterics, leaving messages, with no avail. This was a previously purchased item, Karen already had my money. I contacted Laser Spa this morning and no apology or refund was offered. She simply hung up on me. I now have to pay additional money to hire a lawyer. DO NOT GO HERE! NOT ONLY IS IT A SCAM- Karen is a terrible person who has no regard for her customers safety. She knew I was in distress and just left and stole my money.

Best Skin Care Services!. Karin is amazing! My skin has never looked better! I decided to come to Laser Spa after my 30th birthday. I wanted to reduce the little lines I was starting to see on my face and also give my skin a more youthful look. She suggested a mild chemical peel and a laser skin rejuvenation treatment. I was very nervous about both since I had never had any type of skin treatment before. I was also afraid my skin would get irritated because it's so sensitive.

Karin was awesome. She knew exactly what to do. I had absolutely no skin irritation and within a few days people were actually commenting on how good my skin was looking. Like "what is going on with your skin... it looks so good". I know this sounds like an infomercial but it's really true! I couldn't believe the difference the laser and peel made.

Karin is incredibly patient, warm and confident. Immediately upon meeting her I began to feel more comfortable and the procedures were actually relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to improve their skin!
