Shoes >The Tannery
poor service. Tonight I went to The Tannery at Harvard Square and was highly disappointed in the service: I had to look for someone to help each time I had a question regarding the boots I was trying on. Usually, in other stores, someone will check in with you periodically to see how shoes fit or if you need another size etc. Not in The Tannery at 39 Brattle st., Cambridge. There were only 3-5 customers in the store at the time and no-one was paying attention-amazing. Don't know how they sell anything with such attitude. Even though I liked the boots very much, I decided to buy them somewhere else.
Editorial Review. The polished, higher-end sibling to the subterranean Tannery down the street, with designer apparel and shoes for men and women.
