SUSHI Forever!. This place is small but so wonderful. The freshest Sushi I have had. They have habachi grills where the chef cooks your food in an entertaining way... and there is a small area for the Sushi only folks.

Dennis will greet you at the door. He remembers everyone's first name and is genuinely happy to see each and every one of his guests.

Very kid friendly in there too! Lots of families frequent this very delightful Japanese Restaurant. I absolutely recommend this place! Step into an oasis of calm and a plate of fresh fish!

Average for a Japanese Steak House. We went on a saturday night and it was packed with adults and children. We could barely make it to the small bar area. The bartenders did their best to keep up with the crowd. Almost every table had a "special occasion" going on, so we got to hear the happy birthday song a dozen times. Servers were very attentive. Sushi and appetizers were great, but the dinner was only average for us. They have a great selection of combos for the habachi, the most I've seen. The even had monkfish, unfortunately it was way overseasoned. The Filet Mignon wasnt very tender and tasted more like a lower grade steak. They advertise "affordable" which is true, but I think they cut back on quality and quantity.

Surprisingly stylish Japanese steakhouse's Teppanyaki tables attract countless suburban families.. The Scene
With its warm colors and handsome bar area (complete with flat-screen TV), Fuji is about as non-kitschy as teppanyaki-style restaurants get. Diners pass a small sushi bar and fish pond to encounter a half-dozen open grills, around which eager diners sit to be fed and entertained. Colorful chefs flip, slice and dice any number of ingredients while preparing sizzling stir-fries. Those hoping for a calm dining experience should visit after the typical 5-year-old's bedtime, as the restaurant's a favorite of area youngsters.

The Food
While most diners stick to the all-inclusive teppanyaki meals (a choice of meat or fish with grilled vegetables, miso soup, salad and rice), some opt for fresh sushi platters or traditional Japanese entrees like chicken teriyaki and shrimp tempura. Teppanyaki options run the gamut from tender filet mignon and lobster meat to basic chicken breast and nondescript calamari. Desserts include refreshing ginger ice cream and sticky-sweet banana tempura.
