Worst Customer Service and Mind your Credit Card. Over the past two years this salon has consistently represented the worst in customer service. I highly recommend that you do not order anything from this salon. They charge your credit card and never deliver the product. My friend has had the same experiences. Mind you, after 5-6 phone calls at minimum, sometimes they will deliver the products. They blame UPS or other postal carriers. My concern is that they take so many orders for make-up and skin care products and immediately charge credit cards.

After having had so much difficulty with them about a year ago and finally giving up, I decided to no longer go to this company. Everyone, Sephora and your local department stores are just as good! The reason I am writing this is that my friend has told me that she continues to have trouble with them and has repeatedly not received items for which they charged her. And no one returns calls. Very, very poor service, disgusting business practice. It is not worth it. I was outraged that this continues on over a year later!

Amazing Eyebrows. Maybe when you go to get your eyebrows shaped, you focus on the receptionist. I don't. I focus on the end product: my eyebrows. I have been going to Michaud for years. I will agree that the receptionists aren't going to fall over themselves to help you, but who cares? I don't need to be catered to as though I'm an A-list celebrity. It is enough that I walk out of there looking like one! :)

The work they do is nothing short of amazing. You won't regret it.

Michaud Cosmedix is the BEST!!. I LOVE Michaud Cosmedix! Anyone who says otherwise must have been having a bad day themselves! The girls are SO nice and so good at what they do! My brows come out prefectly every time! Sure, computers go down and receptionist get busy - it happens anywhere. My advice, check this place out if you want beautiful brows!

Great brow service, but worst reception ever!. I've been getting my brows done here regularly for the last couple years, and I always love how they turn out and am thrilled with the service I receive from the person actually doing my brows. However, I do have a major complaint with this place - the reception is ridiculous! For the amount of money you pay to go to a high end beauty service provider is it too much to ask to be greeted by the receptionist when you walk in? Shouldn't she be the one asking if I would like to make my next appointment as I'm paying (instead of acting like it's a chore when I ask)? Do they want me to take my money elsewhere? It's sad to say because I do love how my eyebrows look, but I am getting to that point. I can generally put up with these little annoyances, but last time I was in, their scheduling system was down. I was told they would call me to set something up within the next couple days. Suffice to say, they never did, and now I've called them and can't get in for 3 weeks. I told them what happened and am once again disappointed by the level of service ? pretty much a ?so what? attitude. For a service business, they are sorely lacking in the service details that make the difference. Think twice before coming here - if you are debating between Michaud and a competitor, try the the competitor first.

best brows!. I have been going to michaud for a few years now and absolutely love it! I have seen both sarah and mondi and get great results every time. I personally am not the best client b/c i am frequently late but they are the best at fitting me in not giving me a hard time. As for the 24 hour cancellation policy I agree 100%. If I miss an appointment I am glad to pay them for the empty slot. I understand they have a long waiting list of people who desperately need to get in for an appointment. I will continue going there as long as I have brows to tweeze and recommend all my friends and family to go there.

Bad service, bad receptionist. Before I decided to go to Michaud Cosmedix, I did some homework and thought that it might be a good one to try. When I first walked in, the receptionist was apparently on the phone with her friend and I had to wait for a good amount of time to get her attention. I went there to get my eyebrows done and ended up bleeding and my eyebrows looked horrible. This place is definitely over-rated.

User review by loveroflife. I find the people that don't agree with the cancellation policy, or say the girls are rude(who are only doing their jobs) are the ones that have to break the policy. The girls up front were amazing to me and yes they have their policy...but think about who it is set by....THE OWNER HERSELF.

a customer service nightmare. and it's a shame because the actual people who perform the services there are pretty good. sadly, it isn't worth the stress of dealing with the especially rude receptionists who you'll always hear in the background taking pleasure in sing-songing wierd mantras like "we will need a valid credit card to reserve your appointment and in the event that you are unable to attend, will still have to charge you for the full amount of your service". fine as a policy, but it's practically the only thing you'll ever hear them say..unless they are too-loudly making catty remarks about other clients. in short, this place is only a relaxing experience for masochists. if you have a thick skin for bs, I do recommend for brows, but not facials or waxing.

Good service. I regularly go for the brow grooming and am very satisfied. I usually opt for Cindy but have also been happy with sessions with Sara and Mandee. I never feel rushed, and I'm very happy with the results. I had a make-up lesson with Cindy which was great. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me a look that I could could do on my own. The brow session is a bit pricey ($28), but I find that I only need to go back every 3 months for a touch up.
