Ridiculously expensive hookah. The martinis and cigars are great. So was the hookah -- except it cost over $30! Considering you can buy your own hookah for $60, and tobacco and coal are cheap, this is RIDICULOUS.

The Best Martinis in Boston!. My visit a week ago to the Stanza Dei Sigari was absolutely wonderful! Upon entering we were greated by a lovely waitress that was so helpful finding us the perfect cigar. My husband had a Romeo and Julieta while I had a (ladies) cigar. The flavor I believe was honey nut. They had all sorts of flavors. We splurged and also had 4 martinis a piece! They were so delicious that we could not resist. My favorite is the North End Express.....YUMMY

Awesome Experience. My husband and I had dinner on the North End last evening. We then went to Cafe Vittoria for coffee and dessert. The Manager (tall, big, bald, man) was talking to us and invited us to go downstairs to Stanza Dei Sigari. I tried my first cigar and loved it. My husband smokes cigars on a regular basis. We also had cocktails. I have to say the waitresses were friendly, warm and courteous and the atmosphere was inviting. I would highly recommend Stanza to everyone I know (smile).
