Excellent Service Department. I have been servicing my Pathfinder at Coastal Nissan for approximately one year. The excellent service that Coastal provides was a very nice change from previous dealerships that I had utilized in previous years. The staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They provide a local car service that helps me get to and from work on service dates with little hassle. In addition, Coastal has managed warranty work on my vehicle and saved me a considerable amount of money and headache. I highly recommend the Coastal Nissan Service Department.

I had to facilitate a purchase for an elderly relative out of state. Mike Shea and the team at Coastal went out of their way to make sure every detail was covered, ensuring a smooth transaction, registration and delivery. The negotiation process was fair and there were no surprises when I came in to sign all the paperwork.
I recommend Coastal Nissan for anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. They are professionals.
Would NOT reccomend. The lack of customer service at Coastal Nissan is mindboggling. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of having to bring my brand new car into the shop over and over again, I was treated like an annoyance. I have had to leave work early on several occasions to get my car in for service before they close. My car has spent countless hours in the service garage and still, there have been no results for the reoccurring problem. I have been in for service over 6 times within 2 months of buying my brand new 2009 car. This has been a complete nightmare & I would advise everyone to steer clear of Coastel Nissan!!!
