They never showed up!! I signed a contract and paid a deposit for my move on 8/18/12. Was told they would be there between 3-5pm. I waited in my house from 3-6:30pm. They never showed up!! They never called with an explanation or anything. I went to their office the next day furious! No one was there and no one answered my many phone calls that day or the next! I finally got in touch with my sales rep. Rachel who transferred me to Jason the dispatcher. He was rude and arrogant. He refused to give me my deposit back. Told me he was going to talk to the foreman and call me back. He never did...SHOCKING!!! Very unprofessional!! STAY AWAY!!!

Excellent Job!. Alan and Jaime did a fantastic job - I couldn't be happier with their work.

My girlfriend was moving into my apartment, but her 200+ pound book case (which wouldn't fit through stairwells) was stuck in her old second floor apartment. Three friends and I spent most of an afternoon trying to figure out how to get it over the side of the deck before we gave up - it wasn't worth destroying the bookcase or injuring ourselves.

We called Jaime to get a quote. It was better than we expected, and by the end of the week the bookcase was moved! They showed up on time, efficiently hoisted the book case off of a second floor deck, and had it moved across town in no time.

Boston's Best Movers. The crew at Boston Quality Movers has been amazing! I have used them for 3 separate moves (2 of which were in the North End) and they have been timely and incredibly friendly. The price is great and the team is wonderful. I highly recomend!!

Great moving experience. The team from Boston Quality Movers, led by Victor, did a terrific job moving our family across town - they were prompt, showed up right on time with all of the right equipment and helped us get our house packed up in only two hours. The team was very careful with fragile goods and went the extra mile to help us get everything squared away. The move ran a bit longer than expected but the team accomodated us and was very courteous. Great experience, thanks -

Boston Quality Movers. I had asked for an estimate from this company and was planning to use them for a move. I told that in order to hold a slot that i need to give them my credit card infomation. We I received their email after my conversation I notice that they card my card $89.00. I wasn't concerned at the time because the contract stated that by signing I agreed to the terms. I did NOT sign the contract and decided that I wanted to go with another company because Boston Quality Movers had such a bad reputation after reading reviews online. I requested a refund and was told this "I just notice that you are asking for your deposit to be refunded, however it is past the two weeks margin for cancelation and based on the rules deposits are not refundable." Nothing in thier contact stated that there was a deadline and I cancelled more than a week before my scheduled move. These pople are thieves, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I have filed a police report and with the Attorney General' office. I have also file a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

HIGLY do NOT recommend. Guys you better look for the bad reviews bellow. I just read the first page and got screwed.

If you read the 1 stars bellow every body is saying the same and the same.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BREAK YOUR FURNITURE, DO NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS AND NEVER GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.

I am looking a attorney to suit this jerks.

Worst of the Worsts. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a mover... company so he'll try to squeeze every last dollar out of you by tacking on hidden charges and will make it seem as if its your 'fault'....Not a good business man and an even worse communicator

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!. The worst scam artist. I wish i didn't have to give them a star because they deserve a big fat 0. Its really sad thay way BQM can take advantage of customers. They seem totally on the ball, however they seem to find way to overcharge you and then then break all your furniture. Crazy, I don't ever think in my 37 years EVER in countered such horrible service. If you don want to be taken for a ride, go with these guys and be prepared for a disaster. I opted for the insurance (even though I was assured there would be no problem ) and almost a year later dealing with an outside agency still havent received my money...even the outside agency gave up! No matter what if you go with Boston Quality (ha!) movers you will be a a total loss.

good movers. i needed a move done very quickly. I only had 5 days to organize everything. The sales lady calmed me down had boxes delivered to me the next day and even got me the parking permit that I needed. The men arived on time. worked quickly, and were very friendly. Everything arrived intact and came in 1/2 hour under the quote!!! I would definately recomend them and will use them again for my next move. PS ask for Miguel. he was great!

HORRIBLE MOVERS. We rented our own truck and only utilized this company to load the truck. We were going to the out of state driving our selves. They showed up 45 min. early (we were off getting our rental) and they charged us for arriving at 7:15!! Two of the 3 guys were younger and rude. We had small children who apparenlty annoyed them and they had no roblem expressing that continuesly which made for a VERY stressful day. We had explained up front to pack certain items last (and were labeled as such) for they were important business boxes. We also explained we had another location to go to. We had a 3-4 bedroom home truck.They packed so poorly that there was no room left to fit stuff in from our other location. We had to go and swap items out (heavier for lighter) for it was that day we had the extra help. That resulted in an extra day charge on the truck rental for us not to mention an entire day spent for my husband and I on moving things ourselves AND extra milage.Isn't that why we hired movers???? When we opened the truck at that location, our table and microvave fell out. Our one of a kind large picture was thrown in back and damaged. They ended up charging us almost $600 for a job that was specifically quoted $297. We asked al the right questions upfront, none the less, there were all sorts of "hidden" charges. When we explained we needed more room (which again had been explained on the phone and again the day of the move), that there was another location, we got attitude from the 2 younger guys who I beleive at that point re-shuffled our things which resulted in the damage I spoke of earlier. They packed those important boxes FIRST. Upon arriving at our new location after a long day of moving and working we had to un pack ourselves to get to those items. That meant the guys hired to unload had a pretty easy job since we had to do most of the unpacking our selves to get to those items. Save yourself the money- DO NOT US THESE UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE THIEVES.Go through U-haul or similiar, they are great resources. BTW, the guys hired on the other side to un load were great. Summary: almost $600 spent in aggaravation, extra day of truck rental, extra milage,extra gas, extra moving day that we had to do ourselves,attitude, and damaged items.
