Bulfinch Hotel

Horrible Stay. We booked this hotel through Priceline for New Years Eve. Every other room on the floor we stayed on was booked by a loud party of college students. We were unable to sleep the entire night due to their loud screams and shouts. We complained twice to the front desk at 2:30 and 3:30am and while the hotel did ask the people to calm down, they did not enforce it by any means. The loud hotel guests went so far as to kick our door after they figured out we were the room making complaints, and the next morning a group of young men were standing outside our door making threats before check out. I believe any quality hotel could ask rude, drunken and disorderly guest to leave, but they choose to value the loud guests over us. The worst part was because we booked through Priceline, they were unable to refund us and Priceline's answer was a $10 credit! Horrible, appaling experience.…

Best Deal in Boston!. I put family and clients up at the hotel all the time. The rooms have free internet, are clean with white-striped bedding like home. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the flowers and decor in the lobby. Location is great, the triangle is Boston's secret neighborhood - close to everything or you hop on a T. We call last minute alot and they are always do there best to accomodate without raking us on price!…
