In Short – Boston University's state-of-the-art, mid-sized arena provides students with a modern venue for watching the mighty Terriers hockey and hoops teams take on the opposition. The Agganis hopes to lure shows and concerts that are too small for the Fleet Center but need a larger venue than what the Orpheum or Wang can offer.

Great venue!

I love the fact that it offers more than university activities--it offers premium events as well: So You Think You Can Dance, Enrique Iglecias, and The Killers have all come to perform when I would not have otherwise seen them. It's really close to the T and great, open-late eateries like T Anthony's Pizzeria. And, while the concession food is pricey, their staff was more than cordial. The facility has always been clean and well-run. Overall, I LOVE attending events at Agganis, and I'm not even a BU student!
- Pros: Great parking, friendly staff, nearby to restaurants and the T. AND, THEY SELL BEER!!! On a college campus!
- Cons: Concessions a bit pricey, but not unexpected for any sports arena!
