Service is downright terrible!.
The food was bad as it lacked any flavor at all. The chicken was as plain as hell. Simply not making their food would be a better use of food materials.
Furthermore, the service was bad.... downright bad. The server was too lazy to get us additional plates. When we inquired about our chicken's lack of salt, the manager suggested black pepper. What?!?!?! Who uses black pepper for a salt taste?!?? The waiters also seem like they do not want to work there. Their attitude is bad and negative. If you paid me $1 million to eat at this resturant, I would pay you $10 million to get out of eating at this resturant (metaphorically speaking). I would not recommend eating at this here so-called resturant. Worst Chinese food ever!!!!! Not to mention that their service is bad!

Dim Sum not worth service.
Sunday morning line was very long, then the waitress "forgot" us, but it really took one of our friends to go inside until they "remembered" they "skipped" us.
So huge -- that cart service was sparse and limited. The same one came to us several times...and others stayed in an entirely different part of the restaurant.
The food matched most dim sum places I have been too, but nothing great or worth such a long wait, limited choice, and poor service.

Bamboo Baskets of Delicious.
My favorite place to go for dim sum in Boston.
You know how you know it's good? There are only white people accompanied by Asians.
I love seeing all those lovely bamboo steamer baskets loaded onto those windowed carts being sped around by the grumpy ladies. It's fantastic. Also fantastic, listening to your Asian gatekeeper yell at the ladies in Mandarin. It's like dinner & a show. You can get rolly-polly panda fat for under $15. Tis a beautiful thing.
Some of my faves:
- Sticky rice with it's nuggets of mystery meat wrapped up in a leaf
- Pork belly buns with that tasty bbq-sweet meatyness in the most delectable white-bready bun
- Dumplings of any shape, size or content. BRING ME DUMPLINGS!
- Those sweet buns made with condensed milk

one of my only two dimsum joints to go in downtown boston.
very decent dimsum (better than many other places). used to have dinner there too, food's not bad at all.
sometimes service gets a bit rough--typical chinese restaurant.
gets crowded on weekends during brunch/lunch hours, even tho they have two floors to fill people in. go early or prepare to wait.

Editorial Review.
Straightforward Chinatown eatery enjoys a popular dim sum service on the weekends.
