best food, worst service. hi people living in boston,

for those who loves having indian foods, gourmet india is one of the best but talking about the service, its the worst. As i go there time n often(prud mall)the servers never treated me well.Specially the guy in glasses(seems like leader),he has a rude attitude and is very mannerless.Everytime i go there the servers keep talking in their own language without caring about the customers standing infront of them, no greetings,no smile, no any suggestive sells, no thank you and also i've seem them argueing with the other customers etc.I won one fast food cafe and i dont let any of my employee treating in such a way to the customers. So I am just alearting the managment, this is not how you run your business.Customer satisfaction is also one of the most important factor to be considered. I hope keeping that in mind you will surely take some action or warn your employee.

Thank you.

great food but awful servers.. I went to Gourmet India food court (pru) . I heared that food @ gourmet is very authentic and it was ,but servers are awful. It was'nt busy that time but two boys ( server) were talking constantly and they were so rude. It seemed like they dont care about the customers who came to their food court. They were talking in their own language, while serving a food and while taking money & the cashier didnt even said 'THANK YOU'. I used to be a server for years and i know you never do that. The way they treated us was wrong. I am very very dissappointed with those two amigos. I will never reccomend any of my friend to go Gourmet India and blew their money where those two misbehaved amigos work. The service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life.

Authentic Indian cuisine and inexpensive prices lure shoppers to the Prudential Center's food court.. In Short
Perfect for a quick bite on the way home from work (or on the way to the cinema), Gourmet India's Burlington Mall location keeps convenient hours for its loyal patrons. The kitchen keeps customers happy by dishing up tasty interpretations of standard Indian favorites (lamb vindaloo, chicken tandoori) at bargain-basement prices. Vegetarians feel right at home, as half the menu features no meat (try the saag paneer, a goulash of spinach and farmer's cheese).

Another great restaurant. I think it's great that Gourmet India is growing! I used to visit their location in Burlington since that is where I worked. However, I live in Boston so I'm psyched that they're now at the Pru. The food at the Pru is just as good as that in Burlington or Brookline. For those new, try the chicken tikka masala. I hope that Gourmet India continues to grow and that they do so while maintaining the quality of their operation.
