Eat in or take out. We have been going to Lastoria for 10 years.

The food is excellent, but watch out for the pre dinner bread it is so good it is easy to to eat too much!!

The staff are always friendly but not overpowering.

Since my husband became housebound we get take out, the staff couldn't be more helpfull and it is always ready on time. I just wish we could still enjoy the wonderful ambience of the restaurant.

RUDE AND ARROGANT OWNER/MANAGER. The food was good, our waiter excellent.

I got deathly sick afterward. I know for a fact it was because of what I ate. I called Lastoria and talked to the owner.

He proceeded to inform me that it was impossible for me to get sick from his food. He took no responsibility what so ever, and denied even the possibility. I've always had an iron stomach. That being said, I almost went to the hospitable. I'm not aggravated so much about uncontrollably spewing fluids from both ends of my body as I am about how the owner handled it. VERY VERY unprofessional. My family and I will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and if the owner happens to read this? FU D#@%HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great food, HORRIBLE customer service!. Although the food is wonderful, the service is horrid. We had reservations and were seated immediately, but then waited over half and hour just to get menus. It was another 1 1/2 hours for our food. When we asked the waitress about the delay, she scowled at us that "It will be out soon!" She was extremely rude. We have been there before and have had the same rude waitress, but the food always made it worthwhile. We even had begun to make jokes about the grouchy waitress. I have tried repeatedly to contact management about our experience, but they do not answer emails or return phone calls. I feel compelled to write this, because they obviously do not care about their customers.
