We love our new tankless water heater. And we were moderately pleased with Hotwater Solutions, but the bottom line is they don't have much competition. We interviewed numerous plumbers and none of them felt comfortable installing a tankless unit. The installer for Hotwater Solutions seemed to know how to install the unit properly, but when it came time for the city inspection there were a few things that had to be changed. Not to mention our vent leaked when it rained...Overall, we were happy with Hotwater Solutions, but it may take them a few more years to gain the experience they need to stay competitive.
Pros: Space saving heater, Lots of Hot water
Cons: Expensive, Small amount of noise

I really checked this product out ahead of time. Alot of plumbers really discouraged me. Boy am I glad I found Tankless Hot Water. They explained everything to me the way it really works what to look for and what to expect. They were on the money these heaters are tremendous. I will never own another tank style heater. I almost had mine installed by somebody that was kind of iffy about the technology, fortunately I didn't! There was alot more to the install then most plumbers understood. Don't think twice. These guys are great!
