I've got a Lenovo laptop that has served me well for years and all of a sudden the hard drive crashed right around Christmas. I really didn't want to spend money on a new computer as it was working fine before the hard drive went and finding someone wasn't easy. I ended up finding Paul of PC Nerds and he was prompt to respond. He thought it was something he could fix and we met and he had really good recommendations on what to do. He took the laptop and within a couple of days I had it back. He gave me advice on maintenance going forward and most importantly he was able to retrieve all of my data and upgraded some hardware so that I can go on without having to replace my laptop for a long time. After I got home and ran the computer it was running faster and better than ever. Call PC Nerds, it's better than buying a cheap laptop from a big store that will be slow after you add a few programs, have him make what you already have better and for less money, thanks Paul!
I called PC Nerds, set up and emergency call with Paul and the rest is history! Paul has now rescued two of our work computers.
That Was Easy!. Experts at what they do, fast delivery, amiable, and price is not too shabby either. Would gladly hire these guys again. Had someone from PC Nerds come out to my business as we had a server go down and we feared the data was lost. Was able to get back the data, recover the server, connect everything the way it was and get us back on our feet within one day! Amazing! Can't praise them enough as they saved our behinds. Will gladly recommend them to all our friends and associates.
Thank you Paul. I called PC Nerds and spoke to Paul. He was very nice and really seemed to know his stuff so we made an appointment. My computer had a ton of problems. I was unable to access my files and my computer kept freezing. Paul came over and did his magic. I am VERY happy with his services and have recommend him to a few friends. Thank you Paul.
Excellent work. Paul did an excellent job removing a nasty virus that had completely shut down my computer. He returned my phone calls immediately. His prices were good, and he did the work quickly. I will definitely call again if anything else happens to my computer.
AWFUL. These people were a NIGHTMARE to work with. We set up time for them to come assess my project on a Saturday and Saturday morning I got a call from Paul saying they would need to come Sunday instead because of a plumbing problem at home and he would call me. Sunday came and went and I never heard from Paul. I heard from him Tuesday and we set up another time. Paul came over with a guy named Brent who works with him and I explained to them what I was trying to do and had everything outlined clearly on a sheet of paper. Paul told me the two of them would be able to complete the job in 4 days. After 2 days, I realized that they had misunderstood the project and had ignored my reference sheet I left for them. After 6 days of work, only 1.5 of which Paul showed up for after repeatedly telling me he would be there every day, about 1/3 of the project was complete and there was enormous holes in my walls that were completely unnecessary. I have three 2ft x 1ft holes on the same wall because Brent was trying to get wires from one floor to another by himself, which should be a 2 person job. He was trying to do this for 3 days by himself and finally Paul showed up and they got it done in 90 minutes. There was also another hole in my finished basement wall that is about 4ft x 2 ft that also should be nowhere that large. After all this, I told Paul I was going to hire someone else to finish the project because they were ruining my house faster than they were completing the project. He told me I still owed him $300 for supplies so I told him to bring itemized receipts for me to verify the costs when he came to pick up his supplies and I would write him a check for the money. I asked him when would be good for him to come by and he said 9am on a Saturday and then showed up at 10:30
Very Very Pleased!. Awesome service from this small company. Had them come over to setup our home network, and they worked fast and did the job right. We connected 3 printers, 4 computers (both mac and pc's), and external backups. The technician even gave us advice as to future maintenance and how to get the most out of our computers. Will definitely be using them again and I recommend them to others.
Saved me once again!. I've used Paul and PC Nerds for numerous years now and he's always come through for me. Even recommended him to our office and he's just marvelous. This time around my hard drive crashed (nothing I did I was told) and everything was gone. No kids' pictures, no music, no documents. Nothing. He was able to get all my data back and I'm EXTREMELY grateful. Thanks once again Paul and may I not need you too soon. If i do, though, I know you'll help. :)

Paul is very competent, ready to help, pleasant, did a very good repair job
BUT inexplicably, despite numerous calls
-did not return 2 disks I asked him/paid for to erase
-did not provide a bill
-did not respond ed
Better Business Bureau could not help him to do the right thing either.
FABULOUS service!. Wonderful, high quality help on my computer, as well as exceptional customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable, calm and a great teacher. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the PC Nerds!!!
