Thank you Homebin!. I recently used Homebin for both the sale of my existing home and the purchase of my new home. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of expertise and support I received from Joe and his team. There are so many dominos that need to be lined up just right when trying to simultaneously sell and buy a home and it was such a relief having Joe orchestrating the process. He worked with all parties to make sure that the many milestones were reached and worked tirelessly to move around dates as necessary. I had thought about trying to sell the house myself, but after seeing all the hurdles involved, I am very glad that I had Joe and his team running the show. Joe was always available to answer questions (I had many) and more than once re-arranged his personal commiments in order to show us houses when we wanted to see them. It was clear from the start that the team at Homebin was dedicated to getting my family into a home that we love, and at a price that was fair.

I should also point out that I ended up using the services of a home inspector and mortgage broker that Joe referrered. The home inspector was infinitely better than the one I grabbed from the phonebook for my last purchase, and the mortgage broker beat the deal of another trusted company that I had been using for several refinances in the past. Joe surrounds himself with the best, and I highly recommend using Homebin for you next purchase or sale!

Great company to work with!. Joe and his team at HomeBin did a fantastic job of finding us a home. He was more then willing to work with any property type we held an interest in which is not the case with some other discount agencies in the Boston area. Joe even drove over an hour in rush hour traffic to accommodate my schedule in a house showing. They provided valuable advice along the way with a very on target buy price range and superior negotiating skills got us in to a house at a more then fair price. In fact the great service continues even after the sale as he emailed to let me know the potential of a tax credit for people who purchase a foreclosed property.

And for anyone wondering, YES the rebate check for 20% of Homebin's commission came promptly after the closing.

Terrific Service, Great Realtors. These guys are very professional -- they helped me find a new condo, and were very patient during my search process. They have a fantastic website, helped me find excellent financing, and I was shocked to get cash back after the transaction. A great experience, and I highly recommend them.
