Bad experience, shop elsewhere!. Had my bracelet appraised that I bought at H. Brandt jewelers in Natick - was told the diamonds were worthless & its value was $300 - he charged me $2,700 plus took another bracelet of mine with a retail value of $1000 in trade!!! He will do nothing to rectify the situation!! Stay away!!!
