On 12/29/2011 BBB notified Hot Bodeez Tanning Center, Inc. about a pattern of complaint. There was no comment from the business. According to BBB files this company has a pattern of complaint concerning sales issues, collection issues, and customer service issues. Consumer's state that when they sign up with this company they are mislead, not told the details of their contract, and are told false information. Consumers also state that they have an incredibly difficult time cancelling the service and that customer service is not helpful and they continue to get billed after they request to cancel.
