Haircut Heaven. My co-worker gets her hair cut by Lee. After months of oggling her textured masterpiece, I called and made an appointment with her hairdresser. When I came in for my appointment, I was asked to check in and they even made me fresh coffee. It was really clean so it passed my first test. Someone washed my hair and then brought me over to Lee's work station. After a couple seconds, she came over and introduced herself to me and spent a few minutes going over what she thought would look good on me based on my face shape and hair type.

I told her I wanted a bob, but this was the best bob I ever got in my life! She took a razor and razored the edges and cut it slightly shorter in the back than in the front. I have never gotten so many compliments in my life!! She showed me what products she used in my hair and how to make it look like she did (you know you can never make it look as good as when you leave).

I guess in short, I have finally found a stylist I "click" with. It's so hard to trust someone when it comes to your hair.

Great facials. I drive by this shop all the time on my way home from work and I've been wondering what was behind the smoky glass windows for months now. On a whim, I called for a last minute facial and they actually had an opening which is usually rare for impulse spa trips :) I got a facial by Danielle and it was out of this world. She even did a little massage too while she put a mask on me. The facial was about an hour but I felt like I could have easily wanted another hour, HAHAHA. I spent 65 bucks, but I felt like it was worth it. A lot cheaper than other places I've gone near my job in town for the same quality service. I was pleased.

Best Salon for Color on South Shore. Low lights, highlights, color, bleach, more bleach, sun damage: you name and I've done it. I probably have the most overprocessed hair I've ever seen on anyone. I mean, seriously, I should be the star feature in the Glamour "Don'ts" section. Regardless of my bad hair behavior, I visisted Aja after reading an online review about her from another site.

She completely altered the way my hair felt and looked 2 weeks before my sister's wedding....I regularly go tanning so Aja said the blonde I was rocking was kinda frying in the tanning bed so she did some treatment called a power-something or other and then she colored my hair this chocolate color and did extremely subtle caramel highlights with some other color to add dimension. I have gotten so many compliments on how healthy my hair finally looks and how great the color is. I feel like going darker has really accentuated my hazel eyes in comparison to the blonde that I've had since high school.

She even called me 2 weeks later to see how my color was! Awesome customer service.
