Rude, dirty, over priced!!!. Rude, dirty, over priced! Never again!

Don't Complain. @ $150-$190 per cut and color I was told not to come back because I asked for the first time in 6 years to have my color redone ... I'd have understood if I had been nasty of ever requested a re-do or re-cut before but I never had, not in 6 years...so much for customer service.
