went to flo's in wakefield. hand washed and vacuumed my own car. cost me about $10. The vacuum had no suction and the hand sprayer had no soap. So basically I paid about $6 to spray my car with water. By the time I left the only thing that was clean was my wallet. I called the phone number on the sign to complain. The owner, a grumpy man, told me I that if I knew how to use the machines it wouldn't have happened and that he didn't care if I didn't come back. Horrible customer service. I was so disgusted by his angry message that I asked some other people if they had any problems there. One friend of mine told me the owner yelled at her too because he said she was throwing away too much trash in his bin. People like this don't deserve our hard earned money. Go to Main street car wash instead!!!

I have a 2002 vehicle that doesn't have perfect paint, and they did a fantastic job detailing it. I only did the exterior detail as I needed a really good coat of wax (I am going on a road rally and have a bunch of stickers that had to go on the car) the job was amazing, the car looked brand new! The tires and rims sparkled, and the paint looked like they had re-done it! It was so good that a buddy of mine saw it and made an appointment for the next day! Excellent job, excellent employee's great place. I am going to make it a regular thing. Looking forward to the interior detailing!
