Awful service - Don't wait for it!!. We've been using this place as our order-in thai food place for at least a year now. Tonight we ordered for dinner and we've waited 2 HOURS for our food delivery. Besides the fact that it took me 15 minutes to place the order with 2 different people, it took them over 2 hours to deliver the food less than a mile down the street.

Best Thai food in Cambridge/Boston. This is my favorite restaurant. The food fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home in this cozy, funky space.

The best I ever tried. I went to this reataurant on Friday, eventhough the restaurant is quite busy but the food is very delicious. I heard all customers who went in that day said that the food was great. I think all food they make are good and its taste is much better that the other restaurant. I tried the Summer Roll and its sauce which is very good.

Rudeness. So much for treating the customer with respect. I ordered a dish and substituted tofu for the chicken, but the waitress decided that I didn't want the shrimp either, which also came with the meal. After dinner came and I told them of the mistake, they refused my request for shrimp and informed me that it would cost extra. That's not a way to win over customers. I will never go here again, it's not worth the hassle.

Have been here twice.... and it does not disappoint! Food is great. Had the Eggplant and Chicken: fresh vegetables an decent portion size. Country Pad Thai, was also very good with a large portion size. Curry dishes were also flavorful.

Service was great. Waiters refill water glasses immediately and waitress was attentive both times.

Prices are good for Thai food. Definitely would check out the lunch specials for a good deal.

Delivery charges are like $2 bucks, but I think they may give you more when you take out...not positive.

Just like all the other Thai restaurants. Thai restaurants have been popping up one after another lately. This is just another one of those typical Thai restaurants. It has contemporary atmosphere, tasty food, and good service at a reasonable price. The place is not too upscale for a birthday party or family gathering, but is good enough for a date or meet up with a friend.

A young, diverse Cambridge crowd heads to Porter Square for exceptionally varied Thai cuisine served in futuristic environs.. The Scene
Exceptionally stylish for a Thai restaurant, Sugar & Spice caters to the bookish couples and graduate students who call Porter Square home. With curved, multi-colored walls, eye-catching lighting fixtures and an eclectic, international soundtrack, the dining area offers a modernist setting in which to enjoy a sprawling menu of Thai treats. Quiet, black-clad servers keep busy delivering extra dishes of tangy sweet-and-sour sauce or refilling water glasses.

The Food
The laminated, double-sided menu provides lovers of Thai cuisine with several tough choices. Classic items, including soft summer rolls (boiled shrimp and steamed tofu peeking through a clear rice wrap) and coconut-heavy curries, share tabletops with modern dishes like spicy steamed cod (disciplined palates notice a hint of lime) and a piquant jumble of fresh vegetables and chicken served in a crisp wonton shell (aka "Excited Chicken"). Quality is high across the board, and portions are rather generous.
