I live right nearby and have been there on many occasions. Every time I go, I never seem to recognize a familiar face or had good service. This last time I went with some friends and our kids, we had very unprofessional service from a novice waiter who forgot some of our order and brought out one of the kid's meals at the very end when we were all done. My fish special of the day had a lot of small bones which I was told was "normal as long as I didn't eat them"! Meanwhile, we noticed him socializing at the bar with a couple. When we complained to the manager he must have told the couple he was socializing with because as we were leaving, they had the nerve to tell us loud enough so that we could hear to get our kids out of here!
