I love going to Mac Med Spa. Zeena is excellent. I trust her very much. I did laser hair removal and the results came out very good. I care about my skin and I am glad I have a reliable place to go. Zeena is very knowledgeable and I like the fact that she does pretty much everything there from facials, peels, microderm and laser treatments.

More professional than any Dermatologist or any SPA. Best SPA experience ever. I am a bit princessy and very critical. I also never do reviews- far too busy but this place makes me halt the brakes and have to let others know about this place so close to everyone (on main route off of 495).

Laser? BEST and I have been to doctors' offices

Price? Half of any doctor and SPA

Professionalism? I would give 6s if I could.

I go with my twins and this place is the best place everrrr. I got gift certificates for the holidays- they make them so cute. Best gift my daughters told me. It is affordable and so professional with satellite sites in other towns.

I stumbled upon this gold mine accidentally and wished I had read someone's reviews a while ago and not have wasted my money and time with people who claim to be experts (AKA doctors) who are in it for the money and waste our time in waiting rooms with no bedside manner. Great gift for the hubby AND your SONS, too.

Long Time Customer with Great Experiences with Mac Med!. My daughter, friends and I have a five year long history wtih MacMed. We LOVE it! The spa is the best with all seasoned and knowledgable staff who offer the best advice, despite cost that is to your or their benefit. Especially love Brittany (R.I.P.) and Doreen but all other spa members are very attentive and great. Re: the spa: they are not always on time but they are so accomodating that this works in your favor sometimes if you have add on's during a scheduled appointment. Plenty of room, ambiance and decor in the spa (music could be better). As for the hair salon... the staff there have another attitude. They work too closely together, have an entitled attitude and are sometimes too rushed to upsell or handle last minute requests. However, they try to be friendly and approachable, just not the same as the spa. Still love this place!

5 years younger. I had a facial with Julie and left looking and feeling fabulous. Both my mom and boyfriend couldn't believe how glowing my skin was. I usually have visable pores around my nose, and you couldn't even see them afterwards. My fine lines are softer and my face looks five years younger. Love it!

Steller Experience!. Just had a moment and felt the need to share my recent experience at Mac Med Spa. I saw there ad in the clipper magazine for a new procedure (smart lipo) and gave them a call. I spoke with a very nice young lady who gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable enough to schedule my free consultation with the doctor.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was greated by the owner, there nurse and the doctor. They were very kind and informative and by the time my consult was finished I felt very comfortable scheduling my procedure with them.

It's been several months since my procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I would highly recommend Mac Medical to anyone considering having this procedure. Not only were my results more than I ever could of dreamed they would be I'm considering going back to do more. Oh and the $500.00 off coupon is a great incentive.

I've done my homework and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, neither should you.

I FINALLY FOUND THE PLACE FOR ME!!!!!!!. AFTER BOUNCING FROM SALON TO SALON I HAVE FINALLY FOUND THE PLACE FOR ME!

I GOT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CUT, COLOR AND FOIL I HAVE EVER HAD. THE CUT IS PERFECT, OH AND THE COLOR IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. I'M A BRUNETT WITH BIG CHUNKY HIGHLIGHTS. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! THE NEXT THING I TRIED WAS A MANICURE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. NOW I TREAT MYSELF TO REGULAR MANICURES AND AM LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING MY WAY OVER TO THE SPA TO TRY SOME OF THERE SERVICES.

Worst place for hair and most workers are rude!. DO NOT GO HERE FOR HAIR. I STARTED WHEN MY OLD HAIRDRESSER MOVED.

THIS PLACE MADE MY HAIR BREAK OFF TO NOTHING! AND WHEN THE HAIRDRESSER "REBECCA" DID SEE I WAS UPSET AND WANTED TO CHANGE FROM HER (WHO WOULDN'T?!!!), SHE TALKED ABOUT ME TO OUTSIDE PEOPLE WHICH GOT BACK TO ME.

DEBBIE, THE OWNER WOULD ONLY GIVE 65 DOLLARS CREDIT TO FIX ANY MESS UPS. BUT WHEN YOUR HAIR FALLS OUT AND IS BIG BIRD YELLOW!!!-> WHAT IS THERE TO FIX? SHE THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY TOTAL MONEY BACK EACH TIME, TOLD ME THIS OTHER WOMAN "SANDY" WOULD FIX IT. SANDY TURNED MY HAIR PURPLE. THEN WHEN I DEMANDED I WANTED NO OTHER PERSON TOUCHING ME, DEBBIE THE OWNER WOULDN'T GIVE THE MONEY BACK SHE SAID TO TRY ANOTHER!!! I DID BECAUSE 1. I WASN'T GETTING ANY $ BACK FROM THIS WOMAN AND 2. NO OTHER HAIRDRESSER WOULD NOW TOUCH MY HAIR DUE TO IT ALL BREAKING OFF AND PURPLE.

THIS GIRL CHRISSY (FORMERLY OF MAC MED) WHO OWNS SALON RICHARD ANTHONY IN UPTON, MA IS GREAT. SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING. THE OWNER, DEB FOUND OUT THAT CHRISSY TOLD ME SHE WAS LEAVING MAC MED, AND OBVIOUSLY NO ONE ELSE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING THERE, SO DEBBIE GOT MAD AT ME AND CHRISSY. TOLD CHRISSY SHE WAS STEALING "DEB'S MONEY"...(WHICH WAS ME COMING EVERY 5 WEEKS TO GET HELP WITH MY HAIR BECAUSE NO MONEY WOULD EVER BE GIVEN TO ME IN FULL W/O DEB THE OWNER WHO BY THE WAY IS NOT A HAIRDRESSER, HAS NO EXPERIENCE IN IT-- HAD OTHERS TRY TO FIX THE DAMAGE THAT OFTEN).

QUITE HONESTLY AFTER BURNS TO MY SCALP DOCUMENTED BY A DOCTOR AND THE BREAKAGE OF HAIR MY DERMATOLOGIST WANTED ME TO FILE SUIT AGAINST MAC MED. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB, AND TRUST ME WHEN THEY ARE IN THE WRONG, YOU WILL BE TALKED ABOUT WHILE YOU ARE THERE, AND WHEN YOU FINALLY GO ELSEWHERE YOU ARE STILL A TOPIC OF CONVERSATION. THEY HAVE NO LIVES THAT'S WHY THEY YAP THEIR MOUTHS ALL THE TIME, THEY DO NOT KNOW COLOR (BLONDES), SANDY THE ONE THAT MADE MY HAIR PURPLE TALKS ABOUT SEX, AND SWEARS IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, THEY LET HER GO, THEN WERE SO HARD UP FOR STYLISTS, HIRED HER BACK.

JUST RUN DON'T WALK--- FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU'LL BE ALMOST BALD AND BLISTERING TOO.
