In Short – One of the area's most popular bed-and-breakfasts resides in a 117-year-old house. In warmer months, a garden patio provides guests with a calming sanctuary. Each of the inn's 14 rooms contains modern amenities like Wi-Fi access and CD/DVD players. Those enjoying a romantic getaway are wise to reserve one of the five rooms that have fireplaces. Guests enjoy a daily breakfast buffet, and home-baked snacks are provided free throughout the day.

We love it!

We've stayed at the inn for a long time and we've known the staff since 2001 and have used the inn every since. Every summer we would stay at the inn when we wanted to stay in the area and have had great times there. The inn is easily accessible from the Greenline and is in a very peaceful neighborhood. Great for family visits with little kids.

If the city of Boston is a little too much for a stroll, Coolidge Corner is just one "T" stop away and is also in walking distance. They had a Trader Joes, CVS, Walgreens, Game Stop, and all sorts of restaurants in the area.

The rooms are very comfortable and there is almost always food ready when you happen to find yourself hungry in the middle of the night and a accessible mini-fridge under the table for your drinks. The laundry machine is also a very helpful tool if your accommodations stretch beyond your expectation for clothes.

They are also very friendly. Many information pamphlets are available and the staff (atleast used to) would print out mapquest instructions to your desired destination.

Overall, this place deserves the best of ratings and I definately recommend it.

  • Pros: Friendy, nice neighborhood, accessible
  • Cons: None that would interfere the accommodation
