I gave this salon a try because my normal spot isn't open on Sundays. I called ahead for an appointment. The staff was rude and abrupt. I showed up early and let them know I was in no hurry and that I had an appointment. They got me in quickly, but again, very rude. "You! Pedicure, go sit!", seriously. The girl who did my pedicure was sweet and she did a good job, but the process was very rushed. The man you did my fingers was sloppy and for the first time ever I went home and had to clean up all the polish all over my fingers. I could have asked him to do it, but by then I just wanted to leave. Maybe if you are a regular you get better service, but I was not impressed and will not be going back. FYUm I RARELY take the time to leave a negative review, I'm more the type to go in and hype on great service, but I wish I had read some of these reviews before giving them a try.
Do not inform customers of charges; constantly texting while.
I thought I would try this nail salon. I had two broken nails, and the gentleman suggested I have a full set of acrylics reapplied instead of repairing my broken nails. I agreed. When he finished, he informed me that the cost was $40.00 which was fine. As I was having my nails dried, I noticed on the price list that a full set was $30.00. When I asked about the extra charge, he told me that there was an additional charge of $10.00 to remove the old nails, which I was never informed of. Also, they are constantly texting people while working on your nails. I feel this is rude, especially when I told him I had a time limit. I will not return to this salon.

Bought my wife a gift cert for Mother's day and she just came home and tole me how rude they were. Give me a break... you're only differentiator is service and you're rude to a new customer! Next time I"m going w/ the competition down the street.
Very clean facility.
I've been a customer for several years and have never seen a cleaner nail salon. It can be a little intimidating when the staff speaks to each other in their native Vietnamese, but the results are worth it. Not all of the techs are equally skilled though and you will have to figure out who does the best job on your particular style. The owners Julie and Kelly are both very hard workers and expect their staff to be friendly, professional, and qualified.
