Eric has been my attorney for residential transactions for more than 20 years, and has consistently distinguished himself with service above and beyond the call of duty--and service that continues beyond the telephone call. He is both creative and efficient, thinking of every angle in a negotiation or contract, leveraging his extensive experience to get to the right result. Among the Best of the Best

Eric Allon has been our busines and real estate counsel for over 17 years and has brought us excellent results. I recommend Eric and his work without qualification. Eric has an uncanny ability to anticipate and plan for problems, and thereby avoid or minimize them. He has done terrific, creative work for us including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, financing, easements and subdivision. Many of these have been extremely complicated and the fruits of his attention to detail continue to be apparent years into a lease. Because Eric has a talent for working well with all types of people and personalities, he frequently accomplishes things that seem impossible. He returns every phone call promptly and although he is a busy attorney, he treats his clients as though each is his most important. He makes himself available outside of regular business hours via email and cell phone, and if a crisis arises, I am always able to reach him. He is among the best of the best.
