Worst Salon in East Boston I've Visited. Sadly, WORST hair salon in East Boston. I was a walk in and all I wanted was a dark base and a few highlights. I asked if someone could do my hair and not one hair stylist offered. This one stylists finally approached me and offered to do my hair. The final result-- grey hair!!! I had a heart attack and started to cry in the salon (as a grown woman). The other stylists kept on and it wasn't until 10 minutes of me freaking out the owner decided to fix my hair. The owner fixed my hair and attempted to give me what I asked for originally but after my first wash-- the color faded horribly. Please don't ever go here and save yourself the money and your hair the damage!! Overall bad customer service, all the stylists have bad attitudes, and definitely not interested in providing professional services. This experience was so bad I will be warning every person online and by word of mouth!

zadovolna. Carolina had just done my color and highlights, she is a true professional, friendly, listens well, knows how to adjust color and change my highlight according to season, and makes the experience a totally pampering one.I really recommend her......

AGREE !. I only went once, and all I wanted was to get my original base color, becase I had some highlights and I did not want them anymore.

My base color is an ashy brown, but he insisted that it was darker and I ended up with a black at the end ....

Then he cut my hair way too much and rollled the ends up. ....

The guy was very !!! unfriendly and worked like if he was in a hurry .... and all he did was Color My HAIR ... I can't imagine if he gets something more challenging ....

Well, end of story ... I went from being a regular girl with nice hightlights to a girl looking like LITTLE LULU ... if you know what I mean.
