BAD PHONES. I agree with shortiexxgurl. I went in and I saw the fat guy. He was so rude to my friends and I. Will never go back again! and my phone broke right after the warranty! It just shows you their quality!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-NEVER GO TO!. I opened my phone here and the people were so rude especially this fat guy who thinks he is all that just because he knows alot about phone, He acts all disinterested and further more he belittles you just because he knows a lot about phones. The people here does not know anything about customer service. I DO NOT RECOMEND going. Go to an American place, at least they know what is customer service. I am chinese myself so I cant say I am prejudice. CHINESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW what is customer service. Furthermore they are very grimey. They try to trick you of your money.

so more reason not to go to this place...my phone broke...they have a warranty. I called them so I didn't have to make the trip to Chinatown. The guys was so rude! I gave him my phone number to look at my account details and he was like we don't have this number here. He claims that I don't know my number. what the hell! I've been using this freaking number for 2 years (I changed another companies to T-mobile so thats why Ive been able to have this number for so long)!

NEVER GO TO AT ALL!! It's a family business so its not like if you get lucky maybe you will get another guy. Its going to be the same people who are all so rude!

Also they are connected to wings Flowers. DO NOT ORDERS flowers there because they are NOT going to come out how they tell you. LIES!
