Questioning my Loyality.
Recently I had a few negative experiences at this salon... I go into the level 3 bed two to three times weekly, and this last time one of two things happened. Either A. They changed the bulbs on the bottom part of the bed and did not notify their patrons (which they should to avoid major burns), or B. the person before me used Tingle and the bed was not cleaned properly.
Also, A few weeks before this there was an issue where the bed shut off on me mid tanning. When I came out and told the staff member of the problem, she put back in the same bed again rather than test running it while allowing me to use a working bed.
I hope the manager finds this review and makes some necessary changes to better the salon.
