I called J & D Tree Pros and they quickly found time to come out and give me an estimate. I decided to use their services, and I was told I would get a call in a couple weeks to schedule the tree removal for the week after the call. It has been seven weeks since then. I have called and left a message 3 times (in 3 separate weeks) with no call backs. I just called and expressed my interest in speaking with management, was told I would be called back and have have not heard from them in 4 days. They just lost a $1100 job and a potential customer.
Cons: poor customer service
